The Curriculum

In 53 minutes, Byron will walk you through

Four phases, one exercise, and the math. One honest answer about which team you should be building.

1

The Four Phases Of A Team

Rainmaker/Navy SEAL, the messy middle, the large team, mega/enterprise. Where each one breaks, what changes at every threshold, and the two you should never build toward.

2

The Messy Middle

Why 10 to 30 agents is the most expensive place to stand in this business — not enough profit to hire the infrastructure, and half your business able to walk out in a day.

3

The Large-Team Trap

30 to 50 agents, where leaders convince themselves they've made it. Why Byron and Lisa Chinatti still call this stretch the messy middle.

4

The Team Leader Reality Check

A four-quadrant exercise run against every activity in your business. It tells you which team you're built to run before you spend three years building the wrong one.

5

The Math To $100 Million

Leads per month, conversion rate, average price point. Byron puts the whole model on screen and backs into the number so you can run it on your own market.

6

The Infrastructure It Takes

The three things every agent joining a big team expects, the follow-up behind connections two through twelve, and why a ten-agent team physically cannot run this model.

Fit Check

Is this training for you?

Honest answer: it's for some team leaders, not all of them. Byron says the same thing sixty seconds in.

You're a good fit if:

  • You run a team doing $10M–$60M and you're grinding harder for less
  • You're a serious producer seriously considering starting a team
  • You're the Director of Operations behind a growing team
  • $100 million is on your goal sheet and you have no map to it
  • You're willing to put real money into the business, not just hours

This is not for you if:

  • You want a team so you can talk about having a team
  • You believe sweat equity alone builds a $100M team
  • You want someone to promise you a number
  • You're not willing to look honestly at your own P&L

Why listen to Byron?

Byron Lazine went bankrupt at 21 after buying 3 houses on 4 mortgages right before the 2008 crash. He started over with nothing — no leads, no money, no network — and built a team that closed over $300 million last year, ranks #1 in Connecticut across listings sold, total deals and volume, and has been part of nearly $2 billion in transactions.

He co-hosts The Real Word, Hot Sheet and Knowledge Brokers, and co-founded BAM, the fastest-growing real estate media company in the industry.

And this isn't just his opinion. It's built on a six-month research project with Luke Acree, President of ReminderMedia — over 100 hours of interviews with more than 50 team leaders across the country — plus Lisa Chinatti, who runs a teamerage north of 160 agents doing half a billion a year. In Byron's words: everything you hear, he's actually lived.

Common Questions

You probably want to know:

Straight answers to the questions we get every week.

Is this really free? What's the catch?+
No catch. The 53-minute training is free and on demand — a first name and an email, and it opens. Near the end Byron tells you about BAM Camp in Scottsdale, which is a paid event. Everything before that is yours either way.
My team is small — or I don't have one yet. Too advanced?+
$10M–$60M is the sweet spot, but serious producers thinking about starting a team often get the most out of it. The reality-check exercise is most valuable before you've spent three years building toward a model that doesn't suit you.
I'm already past $100M. Will this be too basic?+
Possibly. It's built for operators in or approaching the messy middle. If you have a full leadership bench and you read your P&L monthly, a good amount will be familiar — though the research findings are new to everyone.
What if I'm too busy this week?+
It's on demand, so there's no session to make and your link doesn't expire. That said — Byron's own answer to "I'm too busy" is that being that busy is the symptom, not the reason. Block 53 minutes.
Will Byron pitch me something at the end?+
He'll tell you about BAM Camp — two days in Scottsdale, September 22–23, capped at 100 seats, where the recruiting funnel, comp tiers and P&L get built with you. If the exercise tells you to stay in production instead, he says plainly to keep your money. That's in the training, not marketing softening.
Will you promise me I'll hit $100M?+
No, and be suspicious of anyone who does. Every figure is Byron's own result, a named third party, or math clearly labeled as math. He says it outright: he hasn't promised you'll hit $100M. Which model you build, what you invest and how long you can hold is on you.
